If someone had told me two years ago that I’d be contributing to strategic growth initiatives at a cutting-edge cybersecurity startup, I might have hesitated to believe them. At the start of my career, I never imagined I’d find myself in such a dynamic role so early on. But here I am, working an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Com Olho, and I can confidently say that this journey has already become one of the most exciting and defining chapters of my professional life.

Having recently completed my degree in Computer Science, I came into the workforce with a hunger to learn, build, and solve meaningful problems and that is exactly what Com Olho saw in me not just another resume but a curious mind wired for innovation.

From the very first day, I was welcomed not just with resources and responsibilities, but with trust. And that changed everything. What sets Com Olho apart is its belief in empowering every individual regardless of experience. Here, I have been encouraged to think like an entrepreneur, brainstorming on new product ideas, conducting market research, leading experiments and even owing digital outreach and strategies. The flat hierarchy, the daily problem-solving sprints, and the belief that even the newest members can lead initiatives make this a truly empowering space.

If there’s one thing that drives me every day at Com Olho, it’s the incredible team, all committed to a shared mission: making cyberspace a secure place for everyone. Being surrounded by such talented and driven minds has accelerated my growth and constantly motivates me to push the boundaries of what I can achieve.

Looking ahead, I couldn’t have asked for a better start. Com Olho has given me a front-row seat to innovation and the opportunity to make meaningful, high impact contributions.  The journey has only just begun, and I am excited to see where it leads.
